By listing your vehicle(s) on Poslya.com, you agree to the terms and conditions outlined below. These terms govern your relationship with Poslya and define the rules for participation as a vehicle owner.
2. Commission & Payments

Poslya charges a 20% commission on each confirmed reservation made through our platform.

The remaining 80% of the total rental price will be transferred to you within 3 business days after the car is delivered to the client.

Payments are made via bank transfer or other agreed-upon methods.
3. Vehicle Requirements

All listed vehicles must be:

In excellent mechanical condition

Properly insured for rental use

Clean and presentable

The vehicle owner is responsible for regular maintenance and legal compliance.
4. Booking Management

You will be notified immediately when a booking is made.

It is your responsibility to confirm availability and deliver the vehicle on time.

Cancellations without valid reasons may result in penalties or removal from the platform.
5. Liability & Insurance

Vehicle owners are responsible for ensuring that the car is insured and road-legal.

In case of damage, theft, or accidents, the owner must handle claims with the insurance company.

Poslya is not liable for any incidents involving the vehicle before, during, or after the rental period.
6. Account Suspension or Termination

Poslya reserves the right to suspend or remove any account that violates these terms, receives repeated complaints, or engages in fraudulent behavior.
7. Changes to Terms

Poslya may update these terms at any time. Partners will be notified of significant changes via email.
